Data was collected by the MajiData Field Team which consisted of 55 Data Collectors. All Data Collectors were trained (training workshop and on-the-job training) and participated in regular refresher workshops and meetings. Data Collectors were managed by 3 Supervisors and by the Data Collection Coordinator. The Supervisors and Coordinator were also responsible for quality assurance.
All data was entered by the MajiData Data Entry team consisting of 5 Data Entry Clerks. This team was managed by the Database Developer.
The MajiData team was almost continuously assisted by a number of interns from the University of Trier.
The overall MajiData Team was managed by the MajiData Team Leader. The WSTF was responsible for financial and HR management.
The MajiData Team truly reflected the ethnic, cultural and religious diversity of Kenya.
